We have a no-nonsense approach to Privacy. We will not abuse or invade your privacy. Please read the following document which details what information we (Padimax Limited) collect and how we use it. If anything is unclear, please get in touch with us.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via use of the site, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

  • You can request a readable copy of your personal data from our Data Protection Officer, although we may first require proof of your identity. We charge £10.00 for this service, to cover our administrative costs. We will send the data to you within forty days of receiving the fee and verifying your identity.
  • You may challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data corrected, amended, completed or deleted.

For further information about your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 visit the Information Commissioner's web site at www.dataprotection.gov.uk. You can search for our Data Protection Notification there, should you so wish.

Registration

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. About our mailing lists & newsletter

Our mailing lists and newsletters are run strictly on an opt-in basis. We will not subscribe you to them without your knowledge. You can unsubscribe at any time using the method provided with each mailing. If you are not confident in our automatic unsubscription system you can also contact us. Any of our staff will be happy to remove you from our mailing lists. If you have provided your e-mail address to us you may receive an e-mail invitation to subscribe to our Newsletter This does not mean that you are automatically subscribed.

General notes

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
